Stop Falling Down the Rabbit Hole
Several months ago, a client contacted me regarding her addiction to social media, specifically scrolling all hours of the night on her i-phone. In fact, the addiction was so bad that she would scroll until the wee hours of the morning knowing that she had to get ready for work soon and put in a full day. She was exhausted. In addition to the scrolling, she noticed that her bedroom was becoming extremely cluttered as well as the rest of her house, including golf clubs in the middle of the living room, boxes lined up along the hallway, unopened mail tossed on the dining room table, laundry on her bedroom floor, and dirty dishes piled up in the kitchen. This addiction was zapping all her energy, and her messy house was evident that something needed to change.

After speaking with her over the phone, she decided to purchase a three-month package knowing that her social media addiction was just the tip of the iceberg. We developed a plan of action that would focus on removing the addiction to scrolling.
Using Pranic Psychotherapy protocols developed by Grand Master Choa Kuk Sui and incorporating the healing and powerful Meditation of Twin Hearts, her progress was textbook. But like most addictions, she had a few setbacks. The key to her success was our daily communication to monitor her progress and adjust when needed.
One week, she did not return any of my calls or text messages. I knew something was wrong. When I finally reached her, she informed me that she had “Fallen off the Wagon” and was scrolling again. The reason she did not answer my calls, was that she felt ashamed and she did not want to disappoint me. I quickly told my client that she should not be ashamed, nor should she ever think that she could disappoint me. I told her I would never judge her or be disappointed in her, and I had nothing but love and respect for her and her journey. It takes courage to do what she is doing, and she needed to be gentle with herself.
After our discussion, she jumped right back on the horse, this time with more conviction and determination than ever.
Her progress was amazing, and she stopped scrolling at night and was sleeping like a baby. She also stopped playing games on her i-phone, realizing that it was just a waste of time. Now she is using her extra time to play with her dogs, go to the gym, clean up her house, and drive to visit her family who lives nearby. Her entire life has turned around. During her three-month package, we not only addressed addictions, but issues of past trauma, fear, stress, and mild depression. All these negative energies were removed from her aura and chakras, and replaced with fresh, clean, and powerful healing energy.
Best of all, the client has replaced negative and harmful habits with positive and powerful high functioning ways of living. She now has a toolbox full of meditations, breathing techniques, positive affirmations, skills for cleaning and restoring her own energy, and knowledge for keeping her home clean and filled with positive light and peaceful energy.
Namaste,
