How to Raise Your Vibration and Change Your Life

At Into the Light Energy Healing and Spiritual Counseling Center, we have had the honor and privilege of serving hundreds of people who come in seeking physical, emotional, mental, or spiritual healing in their lives. During each session we follow specific protocols of healing taught to us by Grand Master Choa Kok Sui.  We also introduce a simple 9-minute meditation called, Twin Hearts Meditation. 

We always teach this meditation and incorporate it into the healing protocol for every client because of its tremendous ability of raising the client’s vibration.  Raising a person’s vibration is life changing. Each client receives this meditation with specific instructions regarding how often to use it. As the client grows stronger, we increase the duration of the meditation.

During our Pranic Energy Healing studies, we spend a great amount of time learning about energy vibration and specific activities that can be used to help raise personal vibration.  We use a scale of 1000.  1000 is the highest level of vibration.  Here are a few examples of specific activities and how powerful the vibration is during the activity.  Please keep in mind that the average person vibrates around 300 to 350 and does a nice job contributing to society.  Some people who are severe drug addicts or abuse others (including animals) vibrate at an extremely low number and can cause hardship to society. 

The Prayer of Saint Francis of Assisi, or doing The Meditation of Twin Hearts: Vibration is 650

Being with Nature. Beach, Forest, Mountains, Lakes, Waterfalls: Vibration is 600

The Lord’s Prayer: Vibration is 650.

 Kneeling while praying: Vibration is 540

Praying the Holy Rosary: Vibration is 500.

 The mantra OM: Vibration is 740-975

Om Mani Padme Hum: Vibration is 1000

The Great Invocation, given to Alice Bailey in 1945: Vibration is 1000

Reading the Book: The 72 Names of God, and other Holy Books: Vibration is 800-1000

Visualizing healing taking place: Vibration is 485-525.

 Altruistic service to others: Vibration 795

Receiving Holy Communion: Vibration is 1000

 The Song, Amazing Grace: Vibration is 575

Smudging: Vibration is 520.

 Meditating on the Ten Commandments: Vibration is 1000

Reading or meditating on, The Sermon on the Mount/ The Beatitudes: Vibration is 1000

Pranic Healing Forgiveness Prayer: Vibration 1000
